When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It is very important to us that your artwork arrives safely. We do our best to ensure your artwork is packaged with care and protected during shipment.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me, along with an image of the damage at support@melissaworthart.com and I'll do everything I can to resolve the issue.

Please Note: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
